Production line general overview
Based on years of production practice and diversified application experience, this production line meets higher technical standards in economy, applicability and metallurgical quality. Hundreds of complete sets have been sold to domestic and overseas markets over the past decade, widely applied in bearings, wind power, mining, construction machinery and other industries.
The production line generally consists of pit furnaces, quenching oil tanks, quenching salt baths, salt recovery units, oil fume purification devices, cooling systems, washing machines, tempering furnaces, industrial PCs, carbon potential and temperature control systems, etc.
Its control system integrates information technology and industrialization. Apart from basic functions including automatic process formulation, automatic recording of process parameters and full product traceability, extended modules are equipped with energy consumption statistics and analysis, mobile host computer monitoring, as well as data interface connection with workshop MES systems.
More Technical features
Aichelin large-sized pit furnaces fully adopt modern thermal flow field numerical simulation technology in the design of circulating fans, air guide cylinders and air deflectors. With reasonable structure, they ensure uniform furnace atmosphere and greatly improve the uniformity of furnace temperature and carbon potential. Muffle and muffle-free constructions are available.
Adopt AICHELIN's innovative technology - a tubular heating system with self-decarbonization function and an assembled air deflector. There is no need for muffle tank and bottom sealing oil sump to achieve heat-free heating and rapid cooling of workpieces in the furnace. The energy saving effect is quite significant.
The oil quench tank is equipped with a fume collection and purification device, which is safe and fireproof and meets the requirements of environment protection emission.
