General overview of the production line

Components such as grinding machine spindles, precision mechanical parts, engine crankshafts, cylinder liners, extrusion screws, dies and cutting tools require nitriding treatment to enhance their surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, so as to meet the mechanical performance requirements of workpieces.

The Aichelin nitriding furnace production line is mainly composed of chamber retort nitriding furnaces / nitrocarburizing furnaces, vacuum washing machines (independently developed by Aichelin), pre-oxidation furnaces, lifting platforms, material preparation stations, charging cars and control systems.

Integrating information technology with industrialization, the production line control system not only fulfills basic functions including automatic generation of process recipes, automatic recording of process parameters and full product traceability, but also expands additional modules featuring energy consumption statistics and analysis, mobile upper computer monitoring system, as well as data interface connection with workshop MES systems.
