National Quality Month | AICHELIN China Quality Knowledge Contest Successfully Concluded

Product quality is the life of the company. Based on the different objects, it means differently.:

For consumers, quality means a kind of responsibility. The better the quality of the product, the higher its safety and the lower the cost of use, which can truly make the best use of the product; For the employees of the company, it is a value enhancement. The better the quality of the product, the higher the value of the product, the more customers' trust and recognition, and the staff's self-confidence, pride and sense of accomplishment will be multiplied.

As one of the first international brands of thermal equipment to root in China, AICHELIN always puts product and service quality in the first place from process research and development, equipment manufacturing and personnel training. When you visit many heat treatment equipment factories in China, it is almost AICHELIN logo that firstly come into the view. This fully demonstrates the confidence of the AICHELIN brand and the recognition of its quality by customers. 

Every September is National Quality Month. We are convinced that the quality awareness is the key to the improvement. The quality of the product depends on the quality of the process, the quality of the process depends on the quality of the work, and the quality of the work ultimately depends on the quality of the staff. Therefore, through continuous and different kinds of staff quality training activities, quality awareness and habits are integrated into the blood of every AICHELIN employee, throughout all departments of the company and practiced in every aspect of work, which is gradually forming a culture and habits.

This year, AICHELIN China Quality Month champion was held with around 30 participants in Tangshan factory in the afternoon of September 28, 2022, with the theme of "Quality Consciousness, Innovation Spirit, and Brilliance of AICHELIN" and the slogan of " if you neglect the quality, what you are busy with just make no sense; if you do not improve the quality, that will make your work harder and harder. This quality knowledge contest aims to promote all employees of AICHELIN China to better understand quality knowledge, improve quality awareness, enhance the effective operation of the quality management system and the overall improvement of the quality of products.

There are 3 types of contest: individual required questions, team required questions and quick response questions. The management department and production workshops attach great importance to this campaign, including the Sourcing Dept., Manufacturing Dept., Warehousing Dept., Engineering Dept., Administration Office and Human Resources, Planning and Quality Dept. and Commissioning Dept. selected elite representatives to participate in the competition; At the same time, Mr. Ren Weifeng, CEO of AICHELIN China, Mr. Zheng, General Manager and Mr. Xun, Deputy General Manager of Tangshan factory, Mr. Pang, Quality Director and other department heads also attended the campaign to cheer for the participants.

The representatives from all departments were obviously prepared and the whole competition was extremely intense. In the first two rounds of required questions, each team scored similarly. As the quick response question proceeded, the participants listened attentively to the questions and scrambled for the answers, tried to catch any possible opportunity to get the score. With their concentrated eyes, some are full of nervous, some are excited, or regret, or cheer, which staged a wonderful live competition!

After three rounds of fierce competition, the Sourcing Dept. won the first; the Planning and Quality Team won the second, and the Administrative Office and Human Resources Team won the third.




3.After-contest, “Quality” speaks louder.

Mr. Ren Weifeng, CEO of AICHELIN China, concluded the campaign with the following words: We should take this quality knowledge contest as a new starting point, carry out in-depth quality activities, further enhance quality awareness, continuously improve quality management and product quality; keep pace with the times, pioneer and innovate, strive to create high-quality products, establish the AICHELIN’S brand, and strive to fully achieve the management goals of AICHELIN China in 2022.



Through this campaign, we promote the knowledge of total quality management, enhance the awareness of all staff to participate in quality management, promote the construction of quality culture, create an atmosphere of learning quality knowledge, and lay a solid foundation for further quality improvement.

Quality, technological innovation and other continuous improvement and optimization activities are an important part of AICHELIN China's daily work. We strictly control the quality of our products, resolutely refusing cutting corners and replacing good with bad. The trust and satisfaction from the customers are always the magic weapons for our sustainable development 

Quality should always be in heart. The actions should always speak louder than words. A steady journey with quality priority leads to a long way.
