Aichelin China 2026 Team-Building Event
Eight Years in the Making, A Return to Jizhou
In late August 2026, nearly 300 colleagues made their way from Beijing, Tangshan, Wuxi, Shanghai, and Anhui to Jizhou, Tianjin, gathering at the foot of Mount Pan to honor a collective reunion eight years in the making.
Eight years ago, it was the very same Jizhou, the very same cross-departmental, cross-regional, and cross-company mobilization of the whole workforce – that marked Aichelin China’s first large-scale team-building event ever held under the Aichelin China banner. The theme at the time was “Breaking Down Walls”: tearing down the communication barriers between departments, companies, regions and individuals, in order to clear up misunderstandings and forge trust. That event proved to be a turning point – afterwards, the Aichelin team genuinely coalesced into a single, tight‑knit unit, one that packed a real punch.
Eight years on, they return to the very same place. What makes this reunion different, however, is that this time they come bearing a weighty report – a solid record of what they have delivered.

01 A Summary of Eight Years
This summary is inscribed on the forty-year timeline of Aichelin China. In 1985, the first Beijing office was lit as a spark of promise; in 1993, a seven‑person team took root and began to grow. Over the eight years since, this company – with over a century of technological heritage – has transformed itself in the Chinese market, evolving from “breaking down walls” to “making big strides.”
On products, Aichelin China developed large roller hearth furnaces, launched the industry’s first carbon emissions software, and built its own vacuum furnaces. Operationally, it revamped processes and adopted continuous improvement, suggestion schemes, and zero‑defect quality control. In 2025, the company marked its 40th year in China, acquired Nitrex's business in China, and started up Aichelin Anhui. In 2026, it refreshed its global brand. Today, AICHELIN China is offering heat‑treatment equipment through to full‑lifecycle services.
The seeds of a culture rooted in unity, positivity, and innovation – planted at that team‑building event eight years ago – have today blossomed into a rich and vibrant canopy.
02 Beating the Drum in Unison
On the afternoon of Aug 29, a red theme backdrop reading “United in Strength, Bound for Excellence” stood out on the lawn at Panshan Ski Resort. Flags lined the sides, merging culture elements with the event logo. Some 300 colleagues in uniforms, after speeches by Mr. Sun, the first General Manager of Aichelin China, and Mr. Ren, the current CEO, shouted the slogan.
After ice‑breaking and group division, the 15 teams went head‑to‑head in a “Super Aerobic Drumming” competition. In the “Music & Ball” round, one team delivered 26 flawless attempts, clinching first place in their group. For the aerobic drumming choreography, each team started from scratch to synchronize their rhythms, rehearsing repeatedly and polishing every move until they presented a unified visual and auditory performance — “just like a well‑drilled army charging across an ancient battlefield in perfect lockstep.”

03 On the Hiking Trail, No One Was Left Behind

Early on the morning of August 30, at the Panshan Scenic Area, the hiking mission began with a warm‑up activity: “Creative Group Photos.” Each team struck imaginative poses for their group shots, and then a friendly competition unfolded on WeChat Moments to see who could rack up the most likes. One team managed to gather over 300 likes in just three hours, setting the tone for the day’s journey.

At Wansong Temple, the “You Act, I Guess” game put mental collaboration and team chemistry to the test; up on the top, the rocket handprint‑pressing task—where each member left their mark—instantly reaffirmed the shared conviction that the entire team is united in heart and stride, striving together for excellence.
The rocket symbolizes breakthrough, ascent, and exploration—and it also reflects Aichelin's relentless rise in the industry. As layer upon layer of handprints come together, what we see is not just a painting, but a vivid portrayal of the Aichelin team united as one, striving together toward excellence.

On the hike, encouragement was constant. Some teams had older or weaker physical members, but with help and support, no one was left behind. Even when some colleagues felt unwell, they gritted their teeth and saw the journey through to the end, eventually bringing their entire teams to the top. Every Aichelin person, in their own way, embodied the conviction of 'One Team, One Goal.'
04 Their verdict: "Well worth it."
It was awesome. During the super aerobic drumming competition, everyone was drumming in perfect sync – shouting and cheering. Win or lose, we were all just rooting for our teammates. The vibe was so warm
Saturday’s super aerobic drumming was so infectious – it just instantly broke down that little distance we normally have at work. Then on Sunday, hiking with the people I usually only see in the office, we walked and chatted, helped each other out along the way, and before we knew it, we were up high.
Since we’re a small team, we’ve never had an event like this before. This time, it was great to catch up with old friends, have a few drinks – it was nice. We were all so happy.
Halfway up the hike, when I was getting tired, everyone who passed by gave a nod and said, ‘keep going.’ Every word of encouragement, every bit of support – it gave me the strength to carry on. This team‑building made me see what a team really means – unity, helping each other, sincerity, and winning together.
Everyone, from leaders to frontline workers and from veterans to newcomers, felt the same: the power of drumming in sync, the encouragement on the hike, and the joy of connecting with friends. These moments defined the two days – and as one colleague said, it made everyone rethink what a team truly stands for: unity, support, sincerity, and shared success.
Here’s to the next eight years – Starting Now.

In CEO of AICHELIN China Mr. Ren’s closing remarks: “Eight years ago, we held our first company‑wide team‑building, which cleared up misunderstandings and built trust. Over those eight years, we’ve cultivated a culture of positivity, unity, and innovation. Now, we welcome new colleagues and new members. Our cultures are aligned, our resources are shared, and collaboration is a given. We must not only achieve our 2030 goals, but also make Aichelin China a company that is both profitable and one we can all take pride in.”

What does "pride" mean? The first General Manager of Aichelin China - Mr. Sun offered a simple answer. Looking out at nearly 300 faces before him, he was moved by the team's spirit of carrying forward the legacy and passing the torch to the next generation. He closed with a heartfelt wish: "May Aichelin have days like these, year after year." It was not just a blessing, but an expectation – to keep this vibrant energy alive requires every Aichelin member's sustained effort, commitment, and creativity.
From 2018 to 2026, AICHELIN colleagues went from "breaking down walls" to "making big strides." In these two days, we took a moment to reflect and hit restart. The sun always comes out after the rain – those seeds we planted eight years ago have bloomed; and the ones we're planting now? They'll be the harvest for the next eight years.
